Last Updated: March 2026

This policy explains how artificial intelligence technologies are used within Kepler.

1. Purpose of AI Features

Kepler incorporates artificial intelligence technologies to assist users with scheduling and productivity insights.

AI may be used to:

  • analyze calendar patterns
  • suggest optimal scheduling windows
  • generate summaries of meetings or calendar activity
  • produce productivity insights and recommendations

These features are designed to assist users in managing their time more effectively.

2. Nature of AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are created automatically based on available information.

As with any automated system, outputs may:

  • contain errors
  • omit relevant information
  • misinterpret context

Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying important scheduling information.

Kepler is not responsible for missed meetings or scheduling conflicts that may occur from reliance on automated recommendations.

3. Data Processing

To provide AI functionality, certain information from connected services may be processed temporarily by AI systems.

This processing occurs solely to provide features within the Service.

4. Model Training

Kepler does not use user data to train external AI models.

User data may be processed for real-time functionality but is not used to train generalized machine learning models outside the Service.

5. Responsible Use

Users may not use AI features to:

  • generate unlawful or harmful content
  • harass or impersonate individuals
  • attempt to exploit or manipulate the platform

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

6. Evolution of AI Capabilities

AI technologies evolve rapidly. As Kepler develops, AI capabilities may change, improve, or be replaced.

Updates to this policy may occur as the Service evolves.
